The Hot Haus is a boutique heated fitness studio offering Pilates, Barre and Sculpt classes designed to make you feel stronger, fitter and more confident.

New clients are kindly asked to arrive 10 minutes before the class start time, to park and check-in. We ask that everyone be on your mat at the start time of the class.

Yes. All classes are booked online through our booking app and spaces are limited.

Yes, there is free parking available at the studio, as well as on street parking across the road.

Water to stay hydrated.

A (compulsory) sweat towel to cover your mat. We have our own uniquely designed towels perfect for class available to buy.

Comfortable activewear that you can move and sweat in.

Grip socks are personal preference but normal socks are not permitted.

Our studio is heated to approximately 38-40°C using infrared heating, creating an energising environment that helps you work up a sweat.

Simply head to your bookings in the app to make any changes. As a small team, we can't process cancellations via email or messages, so all booking changes must be made through the app.

At The Hot Haus, our classes are small, and every space matters. If you can't make your class, please cancel as early as possible so someone else has the opportunity to book.

6-Hour Cancellation Window

You can cancel or reschedule your class up to 6 hours before the class start time free of charge. Cancellations made within 6 hours of the class start time are considered a late cancellation.

One Strike Policy

We understand that life happens, so every member receives one complimentary strike. Your first late cancellation or no-show will be recorded as your one strike, and no fee will be charged.

After your complimentary strike has been used:

Late Cancellation (within 6 hours): £7.50 fee
No-Show: £7.50 fee

This fee applies each time a late cancellation or no-show occurs.

Class Credit

If you are on a class pack or membership, your class credit will still be deducted for late cancellations and no-shows in addition to the applicable fee.

Why We Have This Policy

Our classes often fill up, and late cancellations prevent other members from attending while also impacting our instructors and studio operations. This policy helps ensure everyone has a fair opportunity to book classes.

In exceptional circumstances, The Hot Haus reserves the right to waive a strike or fee at its sole discretion.
